Default Gamble Scuba does it again!

This afternoon, just after a dive at Peacock, it became evident that Tracy's drysuit neck seal needed replacing. Cathy called the Gambles from Dive Outpost and they offered to look at it as soon as we could get it there. We drove out to Gainesville and got there just before 4:00. Steve looked at the suit and said, "If you have a couple hours, I'll do it right now. Come back at 6:00." We went out to dinner in Alachua, and walked around the downtown area for a while. When we got back to the shop at 6:00, the suit was done. The price was extremely reasonable, and he refused to take anything extra. He even gave us an old basketball for the neck seal to rest on while the adhesive finished curing. We have had Gambles do all our drysuit work for several years, and this is the second time they've done an expedited repair to keep us diving. Excellent quality work and superb customer service - hard to beat! Thanks Steve & Marianne!

He has done this for me more than once, and I am by no means a big client. He is just that good at customer service.

When I retire, I will hang out at Cave Excursions in those shorts with my feet propped up on the table out front...
