FS: Steel Cylinder - Unknown Size - Pictures Inside

I have a steel cylinder that has the following data:

Last Hydro: 09-06
Manu Date: 4-87
Manufacturer: PSI
ID: 3AA-2400
Estimated Band Size: 8"

Measuring with a tape the cylinder is 25 inches around (wrapping the tank).
From Base to tip of neck (valve not included) is about 28 Inches

I *THINK* this is a 95 or close to it.

Valve will be some cheapo of my choice.

That's definitely a Pressed Steel. Not sure of the size. Maybe a 104?
