    Default Phosphorescente material

I want my arrows, cookies and spools line covered with this material, and why not, the permanent cave line, and maybe never be in the dark in case of light failures, with a "back up phosphorescent light"

You dive with night vision gear?

"A US-based team of scientists claims to have invented a material that releases over two weeks of night-vision light after just one minute's exposure to the sun."

First, that is "night vision" level of light, and may not be seen with the naked eye.

Second, where is the "one minutes exposure to the sun" going to come from, after the arrows have been in the cave a couple of weeks?

There are already phosphorescent arrows available, but they don't charge up fast enough as a diver swims by to be effective on exit with no other light.

    Quote from the text
"The team said the phosphorescent substance did not need to be exposed to direct sunlight. It took on a charge in shadows, underwater or even submerged in a corrosive bleach solution. Fluorescent lights also activated the process".

if not seen with naked eyes is useless in caves

How about coating the line in radium? Glows forever, and is almost safe if you stay a few feet away from the radiation source.

Do not go gentle into that good night.
