Default Buy your own cave dive!

Scott Butsch has asked me to post Jess's Hole is for sale. There is a NACD video about the cave. The property has 8.66 acres, 310 feet to road frontage. Please call Scott if you are interested at 407-247-8055, or home 386-454-8378

    And the price?

Land of Enchantment -- not so great for cave diving, but mighty scenic!

Call Scott and negotiate a price. He is a willing seller and would probably sell it cheaper to someone who wants to protect the cave.

I've been to the entrance with FW, but we didn't go in. Too bad I have no money. It's a nice location. I could sure see having a lovely piece of forested property there.

You might be suprised. The locals don't want land with a cave, and it is far from being a Ginnie springs.

Is the cave any good? There are ways of dealing with that 40' if you own the land.

It is a sinkhole, with a couple of short leads going off of it. It is currently rigged, but if I were Scott, I wouldn't leave any rigging there, for lialibility reasons.
