Land of Enchantment -- not so great for cave diving, but mighty scenic!
Call Scott and negotiate a price. He is a willing seller and would probably sell it cheaper to someone who wants to protect the cave.
Also has a large Bat Colony.
I've been to the entrance with FW, but we didn't go in. Too bad I have no money.It's a nice location. I could sure see having a lovely piece of forested property there.

we'll be moving to High Springs this year, something tells me with a cave dive on property we cant possibly afford this though

Is the cave any good? There are ways of dealing with that 40' if you own the land.

What me worry?
It is a sinkhole, with a couple of short leads going off of it. It is currently rigged, but if I were Scott, I wouldn't leave any rigging there, for lialibility reasons.
