Default Shearwater Predator OC PPO2 Display

I'm contemplating purchasing a Shearwater Predator PROT-SA, the basic OC model, but I can't find how you display the PPO2? The manual says it's displayed in the OC mode but I've never seen any pictures showing the PPO2 in reference to the other data such as the depth, NDL, TTS etc. The manual specifically calls it "Gas PPO2" and shows a small picture of it by itself with no items on the screen. How do you get the PPO2 to display, is it on the main screen or a secondary screen?

Pretty sure it is one click ... Left or right, I can't remember. Where are you in Dallas? I will be in Plano next week and could bring my predator with me if you'd like to see one in person.

I've got version 32 firmware and it's displayed on the dive page right at power up, in the center of the screen as "GasPO2" and the number just below that. That is on the surface, I'm pretty sure it shows up same place under water. As I scroll through the dive page to its secondary screens, the PO2 remains displayed center screen. Hope this helps.

Ok, so I have a question about the predator. I got one from Wayne today and have been couch diving all afternoon. One question before I take it diving tomorrow...as of now, dry as a bone, where the NDL should be, I have a GF%. Does that clear and go to NDL when it hits the water? I have it set to celiing in the NDL menu. Just curious. Cant wait to dive it tomorrow. Anyone have any last minute tips on use before I head out??? Thanks all and be safe. Travis

The NDL will be displayed where it says GF% once you're in the water. Watch your depth on stops also - it displays the depth, say, 20 ft, from 19.5 ft to 20.5 ft, but will hold you at or below 20 ft on your stop, so you can be at 20.3 ft, it says you're at 20 ft and it's scolding you. A few quirks like that but it's a world ahead of the VR3's that I was diving before. Go put some time on it, you'll love it!

I am also in the market for an OC trimix computer and have decided in favor of the shearwater also. What helped me make up my mind was a shearwater ad on the sidebar of the home page of advanced diver magazine's website. It shows the shearwater in operation in both the OC and CCR modes. very helpful. What I like most about the shearwater is the color status displays(green, yellow, red) and the number of gas switches available (5). I can't to wait to get it!
