    Default Florida Law

Can anybody tell me if Florida has a similar law to limit the land owner liability?

    Thanks

    OFG,
Can you provide a link so that I can read the law?. I have found
    http://www.lawserver.com/law/state/f...atutes_375-251
But that does not list cave exploration specifically , like the Pennsylvania law.
It also does not list water sports activities.

    Thanks

Sorry, it sill not say cave diving. It reads "outdoor recreational activity" and lets the lawyers and judges figure out what that means.

I do not think there is anything you can research. As of several years ago, Florida had no statute or case law regarding water filled caves or their passages and truthfully thats best for everyone. The WMD's exercise authority over water usage/trespass.

That is the guiding law in Florida but like everyone will tell you it is not a silver bullet like the Equine law. It would be an affirmitive defense.
