I do not think my private emails are being sent to the intended recipient. They are in my outbox not the sentbox! Please advise me! I am getting older and have have no techno geek skills

They will remain in your outbox until they have been read by the recipient. Once read you will see them in the sentbox.

This is an internal email system. A little different from normal email over multible servers.
