Default Friend of mine asked a question

Friend of mine asked this question..... anyone know anything?

There is what appears to be a small dive flag serving as a marker for something off of Lutz Lake Fern Rd. I've seen it there for as long as I can remember - but never thought to ask anyone about it. It's in a random enough spot that I thought it was somewhat peculiar and couldn't be just coincidence. The flag is probably 8"-10" across - pretty small. But it's there atop a fence post running along the side of the road in front of a wooded area between Hiawatha and Angel Ln.

Here's the approx. location in Google Earth:

I did a little digging online but I can't come up with anything. Anyone know what it is? The property obviously belongs to someone so please don't go trespassing out of curiosity. Just wanted to know if anyone else was aware of this. I may stop by one of the neighbors houses and see if they can shed any light on it.

You might want to tell us what city we are looking at, what state, etc. I'm guessing Florida, but where?

    looks like here.

EDIT: Which, if you zoom out, has about 20 lakes just to the west. Probably just a diver's property.

I looked at the cave database, and the nearest ones are over near the coast.
