Sidemount primarily, no mount if I'm feeling frisky and it requires it.

When it first read that I was thinking I normally try to sneak up from behind. But then once I read the full question and found it you were talking about tank when diving. The answer would be back-mount.

Backmount up until now, but I just took my doubles apart to try sidemounting.
