I'd highly recommend a Silent Submersion UV-18, reliable SLA batteries, not too heavy and able to push against current with no problem.....![]()

Any of the Tekna/Mako type scooters will work fine above 130'.
I have a Mako I don't want anymore. Interested? Works fine with good batteries and charger and metal blades in Gainesville. Come and get it!
I want fast cash $600
What kind of configuration is he diving? Burn time needed? Range?
Mako would be a good entry type scooter but if he needs more or expects to go farther investing now would save money later.
I like X-Sooters for the price the Cuda can't be beat. If he's got money to burn the Cuda Fury or the Magnus would be up there.
Silent Sub's are the Rolls Royce of scooters IMHO
It's bad luck to be superstitious.
Go X Scooters, right AndrewOriginally Posted by aainslie
