Heads up at Manatee springs

Don't know who thought it was a good idea to put a deco line at the botton of the stairs at the end of the platform at Catfish. (tied across like a trip wire) needs a check up from the neck up. Someone almost got hurt there today. I don't think it was done as a trap just no thought put into it. It was below the duck weed at the front of the landing.
I cut it out but anyone that goes there be aware that sometimes dumb people do dumb things.

Basin was clear and Manatee was open today not sure when they close it.

Cave was begging to push 25-30ft viz until you got a ways past Friedmans. Flow was high enough to make me wish I was at Ginnie. I need to find out when the best time to dive here (tidally) is...I could see the water level change a good 2-3in at the steps, and I've noticed the flow varies quite a bit in this system.
