    Default Afternoon Dive at Ginnie

    Sunday May 10, 2009

    Li's birthday dive.

Saw jeano, Don and LeeAnn topside while gearing up and caught up on South Florida living with Don and LeeAnn and IBM stuff with jeano. Jeano is going pro and will be enrolled in a top secret Technical Class location still classified.

Went in at the Eye after dropping o2 bottle. Li on the Evolution and myself on the Meg continued in on the temporary/permanent line still in place to the Main Line. Following gold line in the Gallery we could feel the flow has increased by 1/3 more than last week. Visibilty has a stellar 100' plus continuing on to the Hill 400 line. After placing jump reel we also noticed the flow was also noticibly higher than last week where the flow was not regconizable.
Continuing to the end of the line we jumped to the Twin Domes lines and headed out to the Main Line for a nice drift out. On the way out to the ear I took a tunnel to the right and spent a few minutes looking around. The tunnel was short win a couple of branches and looked like it went in the direction of the Gallery. Short deco stop with plenty of company with a 2 man team finishing their deco and a 2 man scooter team joining in on the fun.

    Details

    123 minutes
    12 minutes deco
1.2 SP in and 1.3 on the exit
    520' to jump
    1900' on Hill 400 line
    Approx 1500' on Main Line

    Cheers
