The turtles do not have a size on them, but I wear a size 9 boot and they are too big. I'm in dallas georgia. I'll take $55.00 for them. no spring straps----
Ryan, I don't think Turtles are any less negavite than Jets. Gotta have big a** feet though.

I have a set of Power Fins with springs. I switched to turtles because these were too negative for me.
They're size XXL. Will fit size 11 - 13 shoe (I'm size 12 and they fit perfect).
$50 plus shipping.
