Heading down next week and was wondering how the conditions are at either system.

I just came out of Ginnie.... I had the whole cave to myselfThe freezing weather scared the locals. Water conditions were like usual. Good vis good flow.
The shoals are there still, the winds howl loud, the rain beats down, the waves burst strong. Some night, in the chill darkness, someone will make a mistake: The sea will show him no mercy. John T. Cunningham
Conditions at Peacock are great. Peacock I is covered with duckweed and looks like Orange Grove, but basin is clear under the duckweed. Cave nice & clear.
As Chimie007 posted above, Ginnie is as usual - crystal clear and plenty of flow.
Little River and Madison Blue both have good visibility and moderate flow.
Mike
PS: Just got a report from someone who was in Madison yesterday. (I was there 4 days ago)
He says the river was higher and the flow was down to almost none - no tannic water in the basin yet, but it may be getting ready to go under.![]()

Thanks. I know it was cold a couple of weeks ago, how is the weather now?
It cold to us locals but I certainly don't mind.
Peacock was great last weekend.
We're heading down that weekend as well. Ginnie Sat. Peacock Sunday. Can't wait.
