That sucks, I was looking forward to eating there over the New Years weekend. It is a sign of the times, and unfortunately it is going to get much worse.

Damn it Man! I finally get the wife to come down with me over New Years and it looks like we'll be fine dining at the Hardee's. Any suggestions? I do not frequent the area often.
Great Outdoors is right on Main St. Great place, but I am really going to miss Floyd's

I recommend the Fort White Grill, formally The Goosenest, for hearty post-dive dining or if in Branford, the "Gathering".
Sad to see the place go...
I was just there and they had posted that they were only open Thurs - Sunday, guess that wasn't enough....
This is what happens in deflation... it's a vicious cycle that no one is immune to...
