Much better to make a diver find it on his or her own. You see, if a cave is considered "off the beaten path" then you're probably not driving through a state park or managed property to park alongside a crystal blue hole in the ground with stairway access. It takes time, it takes work and it takes a heck of a lot of experience all of which builds a respect for the caves. If all you have to do is hand over an AJ for the privilege of diving pristine cave then you're probably going to give it 20 bucks worth of respect too.

The truth is, what has become the defacto cave diver (internet #####) cannot be trusted. The sooner people realize that, the sooner information gets cut off and caves spared.
