An Apology to Tom and Jim

OK everyone, Tom and I have had a long chat.

We both think that taking shots at each other over the Internet is not a good way to proceed. And I said some pretty mean things about Tom and Jim back there.

We both have at heart one thing - to make sure that relationships with Ginnie stay amicable. Unfortunately somehow we got lost in the details.

Tom - I apologize for some pretty mean comments.

Jim - Tom assures me that you were not involved in this. I apologize for saying that you were.

Everyone else - thanks for your supportive statements. I'd now ask that you let things settle. I am hoping that Rose and Mark will be willing to meet with me. I'm hoping that an NACD and and CDS representative will join me in that meeting. Many of you have PM'd me with some great suggestions of ways to keep all parties happy, and I thank you for that. But let's drop this until I've been able to ave that talk.

I'm electing myself simply because I'm the old fart of this particular group (at least the people that have exchanged data with me on the exploration), and the other two are a lot more reserved than me. Not for any other reason.

And until I have had that talk, I am withdrawing anything I wrote from publication. How's that - I'm censoring me!!

Andrew,

I sometimes get hot headed, you know that I am just a dumb old country boy that gets that way sometimes way too quickly. You and I have gotten off on the wrong foot and I apologise for that. We have had lengthy PM's and have resolved our differences. So let us restart and get over it. I have no problem with exploration, none what's so ever. I am not jealous as some people have mentioned. I am perfectly content with following line that others have laid. And I am not going into those tight holes that some of you guys go into, I just am not.

So, here is my formal apology to Andrew Ainslie...I apologise for my remarks about everything that I posted that might have insulted anyone.

If anyone has any questions, just PM me and I will be happy to try to answer them as best as a dumb old country boy can.
