    Default Tanks a Lot

    Greetings

OK, I have made a 'xective decision to thin out the tanks.

    I have the following:

2 - Single PST 104's. They are NOT a matched set. One is 30 years old, the other 9. Both in hydro and vip. Dive rite modular on the new one, thermo din/yolk on the other. The old one is 5 pounds lighter than the new one, I use a trim weight when sidemounting them. $375 for the pair. They are full of Mr. Rennaker's finest vintage 21/30 trimix, at least until I use them. Now before you ask, if I seperate my sidemount tanks, I tend to swim around in a big circle with one side up and the other down like a snapper with a bad air bladder, so I won't seperate them. You may feel free to.

2 - faber 45's - yolk valve on both, both about 8 years old, in hydro and vip. I will trade one for a al 40 and some cash, or both towards a Nitek He and I will throw in some cash, or make me an offer. I will seperate these. The hydro station scraped off some of the lovely white paint when they were tested. Homemade stage rigged with the cursed "butterfly" clips which are yet another cruelty joke by DiveRite. One has 32 in it the other 50/50. The 50/50 tank has a DIR compliant Halcyon "70" mod sticker on it. I will not charge extra for the sticker.

2 - PST galvinzed steel 72's - yolk valves - in hydro and vip - Again these were sidemount tanks, but I guess I will seperate them. (I'm going to lp 77's as my small tanks). Both have about 2400 psi of tri mix in them, until I use them, I think 23/20. Best offer.

I will trade any of these for/towards some lp77's. Or maybe 85's. Or a Nitek He, or a weekend in Vegas with Wayne Newton, or a fig newton, or Sir Issac Newton. I will include a guided dive in the drainage ditch that is currently discharging a zillion gallons of water into the Leon Sink system making sure that the system will be blown to hell for at least a month.

Wayne and Sir Isaac are waiting for you in Vegas, with a large silver tray of fig newtons. I'll send my carrier pigeon to pick up the tanks. Please make sure to tie them to his little feet very securely. With all those nasty storms out there, I'd hate for him to lose them in a wind gust.

Sheesh - that thread on TDS was so bad that it made you sell 'em?

No, I did the math on the lp 77's and looked at the weight difference.

    Greetings

Thanks to you we have 2 72's, thanks to Caver 95 we have a 80, Lamar English donated a tank and regulator, I donated 2 - 80's, Gerry Hammond donated a 80and regulator, I bought a 72 from Ward Beecher and donated it, and I donated three stage regulators. Jason Ottinger donated stage regulators, Edd donated hoses, hardware and some tri mix. If we put more stuff in, the place will look like a WKPP dive.

Next year, I am looking for 1400 feet of diving hose, a Kirby Morgan Superlite 27, and a Perry Submarine Builders 400 foot bounce dive system. And scooters, a few safety scooters would be nice.
