Last weekend, at Ginnie, I think on the Bone Line, I noticed a repair. When I looked closely the ends of the line were not frayed. It almost looked like they were melted, but not melted. I had never thought of this before. What method is used to keep the ends of cut line from fraying underwater? By this I mean if the line is cut and repaired underwater, not singed above water.
