I'm not trying to be rude either, but if it comes from LP the chance that it has sat in a warehouse for who knows how long is highly likely (okay, hard to happen with the XXL jets). Plus, if there is any problem count on being stuck. Had a foot pocket rip last year and when my LDS called SP all they said was as long as I could show proof that they did not come from LP to go ahead and replace them. I'm sure they meant to say authorized dealer, but they did in fact say anywhere but LP. I bought them from my LDS who is authorized with SP so I did walk out that day with a new pair of jets.

Um, buying from someone on an online forum with one post gives you a better warranty than buying from an actual store now? Cool.

Would still be better than what you are going to get buying from LP. Buy from whomever you want, I could really care less, just passing along what was shown to me last year.

What experiences have you had returning products at LeisurePro, DeWayne?

Which products wouldn't they replace? Did they violate their own stated policy in refusing a return from you?

None, because before I ever ordered anything I talked to someone who bought a very outdated computer from them at what was advertised as a killer price reduction. No, did not exchange emails with the guy, I talked to him and saw what he had ordered and what he received. Was pretty obvious that it had been sitting in a warehouse for a long time, and no, he was not froewarned nor was he granted a refund or exchange. Then to have SP state their name directly, that was enough for me. If you have received good service from them great, keep doing business with them. I try to support my LDS as much as possible and in return they make me the best deals possible, usually as low or even lower than online pricing, and they stand firm behind everything I buy from them.
