    The 3 min profiles on 5/3 56, 65, 76, 91, 102, 91, 89, 91, 86, 100, 95, 186, 111, 133, 111, 105, 177, 1221 with 23 min deco and a 30' stop before it died.

A wildly inaccurate guess at the Bridge's internal logic on the process might have made the deco at that point look something like this if I left immediately:

I went through 5 Aeris computers about 5 years ago, in very short succession. I did a couple of dives at Gilboa, packed up and came home. That evening, sitting in my living room I pulled the puppy out to log my dives. It was currently on a 750ft dive in my living room. I could not clear the thing to save my life. Took it to bed with me because I wanted to check it in the middle of the night.

Around 2am it beeped and woke me up. I looked at it and the dive was done, something like 14 hours of BT. Nifty thing was, I was cleared to fly!

I've had my Oceanic blip off and cancel no-fly/desat time once, but nothing like this!

    Hey,

I had my Suunto vyper show 152m in Dos Ojos, swimming from the Dos Ojos west, I was diving EAN32 so now I am at least aware of my oxygen tolerance

I hate to break it to you, but I hold the repetitive depth record for both time and depth. I have back to back 999 foot dives with 666 minutes of runtime and vice versa, 666ft dives with 999 RT. And, I have dozens of them. I've gotten so good, I often don't even realize it when I make one of these extreme dives.

Fortunately, my Nitek HE captures all this information for me so I can retrieve it later from it's dive log. In fact, if I hadn't checked my dive log, I wouldn't even know that I hold all these records for depth and time. Or, that I also hold the record for finding the coldest spot in Ginnie Springs at 32 degrees. Unfortunately, I didn't check my computer during the dive so I don't know the exact location of this unique geological 'cold spot' apparently created by volcanic upwelling.

Due to repeated requests for me to lead group tours on these extreme dives, I'm coming up the week of the 4th of July and will be leading dives to inspect the playtectonics for volcanism. If you would like to participate, I'm looking for dive buddies for the 4th.

Nah, I think you just mounted your computer on your arm upside-down.

Bottom Timers???? We don't need no stinkin' Bottom Timers !!!!!

I have not had that many computer issues, but I have seen the problems others have had and some of the issues that developed because of problems.

We back up every other piece of equipment that we have, why not the computer??? I mean hell its not like we are throwing electronic equipment into the water !!!! What could possibly go wrong???

I always use a bottom timer for a backup with a set of tables, even when I am diving my Bridge II !!!! Just makes good sense....
