    Default LR

Dove LR this morning. Water is waist deep at the concrete, 21ft. at the steel rod. Vis in
the basin and the cave about 20ft. I seemed to get worse further in. (I turned at the first
super-sized arrow) The line was very slack and WAY under the ledge between the sign
and the chimney so I fixed that the best I could, and removed any crap that was on it.
There is positive flow, but not much for LR. Sorry I didn't bring a garbage bag to clean up all
the beer cans and bottles (I guess no one drinks soda around there)

Jean you'll love this dive if you like silt, sticks, and the color brown.
It's very silty of course, so everyone be careful. You can see light from
the sign if you dim your light. Hopefully It will be better this weekend.

    Chris,
This is awesome news! Since you were kind enough to update us with the good news, I'll try not to hate you for getting to dive during the week

Shirley you're not serious? No, I'm not, but do stop calling me Shirley.

A late thanks to DogDiver for letting us know the park was open.

Ya, It's nice to be able to cave dive during the week sometimes, but today I gotta
go to work at Alexander Springs with the bikini models. I wish I could peek into that cave
without getting my mask swept off.

Hit LR again today with 2 buddies, flow is WAY up since Thursday, viz is still 20ft. up
to the Florida room where we turned. We just about filled our 30gal. trash bag with cans
and bottles on the way out. Our penetration winner was a Lipton ice tea can near the
    short-cut jump in the merry-go-round.....

There are cave divers out there that can't seem to dispose of their catheter wrappers, let alone the actual catheter properly.

THANK YOU for taking the time to pickup trash!

    .....
..... Ok, that was my really REALLY bad attempt at a wave, the software will only allow 3 emotioncons.

It's bad luck to be superstitious.
