Just wondering how many people took a sidemount class and received a SM Card and there instructor was in BM.

Learned on my own (no card)
Learned from Mentor (no card) (dove in SM caves)
Learned from Mentor (no card) (did not dive in SM caves)
Learned on my own, took class later (received SM card) (SM Class was all SM)
I was in SM and Instructor was in SM (received SM card) (dove in SM caves in class)
I was in SM and Instructor was in SM (received SM card) (did not dive in SM caves in class)
Class Started Instructor in BM but ended s/he was in SM and we did SM Caves (received SM card)
I was in SM and Instructor was in BM (received SM card)
I was in BM and Instructor was in BM (received SM card)
