Probably quite awhile. In years past when we had flooding the aquifer was well charged, and the hydrostatic pressure was able to move out the river water quickly. The last time we had flooding after a drought,it took quite a while to clear up,even Little River stayed green for close to a year.

I wonder how Manatee is doing.............normally when ever everything else goes bad, for some reason Manatee becomes exceptionally clear and the flow diminishes.

    Default Options????

What are some options to dive during conditions like this??? I heard from Cave Adventures that Jackson was 70 plus on vis and then there is Ginnie. Any other systems worth visiting? Don't have Abe Davis yet about 30 dives short. My dive buddy doesn't sidemount but i do so it would need to be BM accessible. What about jughole? What about Ruth? Any cave in Blue Spring in orlando? Any input is appreciated.

Ruth.......it will probably be a while before it is diveable again. I was there two weeks ago, and the water was up into the parking area....Hand rail was sticking about 6" above the water.....

No wait...it was just a week ago.....I think....

RN - break out the canoe and give me a call, I can put you into some local holes that will be clear.

Also, reports off this site are saying Jug Hole is great right now, but will close off to divers at the end of this month.

There are some reports on Blue Springs(Orange City) either here, or on one of the other dive forums. The reports were somewhat favorable, but dunno how much cave is involved.
