I understand your point and my intention was never to litter or deface those wonderfull springs with a plaque remembering my son. Should they designate a room for memorials, I will be happy if you move my son's Francisco Vitaver plaque over there. Thank you for bringing this up. Most of Frank's ashes are now in the cave, some on a reef off Ft Lauderdale, and the rest with me at home. If you take a photo of the plaque underwater, and you send it to me, I will sincerely appreciate it and place that/those photo/s on his memorial website. There is where Frank spend his happiest moments. Thank you, Pablo Vitaver.

Thankyou for coming here and addressing the community so respectfully. I really admire how you fought for your son and went to such lengths for him. I really hope to meet you one day and shake your hand.

Just know as you read this thread that cave divers are an opinionated community, and we argue over the silliest things, how much more issues related to friends, fellow cave divers, and the cave environment. Many agree with the memorials, many disagree. Please don't worry about it.

Hope you find peace and make sense of all that has happened to you and your family, I'll honestly think of you in my prayers.
