[Rained entire previous 24 hours] When arriving at the park, we were warned that two divers entered the previous day and exited after (only) 200ft of penetration. They complained of vis that was difficult to see each other's lights. I'm glad we didn't listen. Nothing ventured. Nothing gained.
Entered Martz Sink and swam to upstream side of Rocky Horror. Vis was hazy and about 20~30' for the first ~300'. After that it opened up to 80~100' vis. Exited at the spring (just as murky as Martz entrance); a decision well worth the effort of not climbing back up the Martz steps. Flow seemed typical as the last several months.
Despite the cold, rainy, and miserable above-ground conditions, it was an awesome dive.
