Info on some other dive sites

I was in the search of some closer cave dives to try out and I came across a few different ones. I was wondering if anyone has dove these and can give me some more info such as, can they be accessed with out a boat, directions, maps or idea where the opening is. What to expect is the dive worth the 2.5-3 hr drive, etc

Here are the sites I was interested in, and if you have any suggestions of any more within 2 hrs of Orlando please let me know.

Crystal Beach Springs [3hrs]
Eagles Nest [3 hrs]
Gator Spring in Hernando County [3 hrs]
Mud Spring [3hrs]
Paradise Springs [2.5 hrs]
Sliver Glen Springs [2.5 hrs]

Go to www.tampadiving.com and click on cave/cavern list,that may help.I do know there is no scuba allowed in Silver glen.And the cave in Paradise is a short one.
