The Hidden Springs: Is it worth it-?

I often wonder of the few newly discovered sites I've come across over the years are really worth checking out anymore, for most certainly some innane idiot will find them one day, write some verbose message in the walls, dump garbage & whatever else into the head spring, only to piss the rest of us off.
I get tired of hearing of having our cars broken into & our gear stolen. I wonder if it is the same yokums who are defacing the secluded walls of these endangered caves-?

It's probably why a lot of caves are still word of mouth.

I dive with a great group of people, and they have shown me some beautiful caves that are so far off the beaten path and so unbelievably pristine, it was a sight to behold. They have been some amazing dives, and reading all this I can understand why they are so protective of their knowledge of them.

Thank you for sharing this.......I've always enjoyed finding places like this as well, & try to be selective of whom I share them with. I only hope that these places will stay hidden from the masses.
