    Are those Weeki Wachee mermaids? Now that Weeki Wachee is being explored again, can we look forward to the discovery of eyeless unpigmented troglobite cave mermaids?

    I don't recall seeing any Weeki Wachee mermaids with split fins...

    No, those look to be about eighty years younger than Weeki Wachee mermaids.
