    Default Eagle's Nest Road Conditions

Anyone been out to the Nest this week? I'm wondering about the road conditions (read "truckless") today.

To a Mississippi cave-diving-woman, that sounds like just another Saturday night.

Nothing quite like that Mississippi mud, that's for sure!

We didn't go back to the nest Sunday, but we did Rattlesnake Rd and it was full of new/deep ruts... no wet holes. Wouldn't recommend a car though.

A couple weeks ago, the mud holes on South Rd were full of water and would have swamped a car... maybe...

    TJ,
Thanks for the update. Did you guys get any diving in or just sight-see? We hit the roller coasters.

    Dan,
The truck's back...thanks for the offer though! Morgan's still calling...
