Was interning a cave class in Peacock (Peanut tunnel) and on the way out I thought I heard a slow leak. Could at first not determine if it actually was a leak or just exhaust bubbles hitting the roof from the other divers.
After determining it wasn't exhaust bubbles I isolated and tried to find the leak. Could not hear if it was comming from left or right but determined by feel that it was the right burst disc that was leaking.
My buddy tightened it down under water and the leak was gone. Uneventful exit.
As far as I remember I was never in contact with the cave ceiling. Made a mental note of checking the burst discs from time to time as I later heard they can loosen up from repeated draining and filling.
