Exiting cave and get to O2. Pick up bottle and turn it on only to hear a slight 'pop' and then a nice flow of bubbles. I look at the 1st stage and notice that the HP port where the SPG is attached is flowing. I shut off the O2 and proceed to use my backup deco plan for the loss of the O2. Replaced o-ring at surface after dive and all was well.
