    Default people need you John

John Lamana, where are you? Here is you chance - run a pontoon boat shuttle from Telford boat ramp to Telford Spring Run, airfills onboard, security gear parking and divers striptease complimentary. Just $9.99 for all the excellent service in a navigable waterway...

You would play hell convincing anyone that the run at Telford is "navigable"

If you need a simi profession archer give John a call. He enjoying competing in archery competitions. having placed in some already.

We do you miss you John in the diving world. However as John put it, he feels like he is still diving with all his gear spread out among so many different divers.

    Florida Maritime Law (Admiralty Law)

navigable waters. This is any waterway that can be used for interstate commerce, including the open sea and tidal waters, rivers, lakes big enough to accommodate trade, and canals connecting any of the above, including Lake Okeechobee, connected to the Atlantic and Gulf coasts via the Florida Intracoastal Waterway. Other inland lakes of Florida do not usually qualify as navigable if they do not connect to an interstate waterway.

    Applications of Maritime Law
Maritime law applies to any vessel, including freighter ships and commercial fishing boats, as well as recreational speedboats, personal watercraft and other boats. This body of law addresses not only accidents, but also employment issues, discrimination, insurance disputes, damage to property or, fishing rights, and other issues.

Has John quit cave diving? If so, I am sorry to hear that. We have dove together before and I always enjoyed his sense of humor. If anyone has his email can you PM it to me? Thanks,

    Hey Steve,
I am alive and semi well. Yes I had to quit diving. I had an aneurism in my head around the middle of December, and had surgery for it, and I am pppeerrfuckyly fine I think! Anyway, the Dr. told me to find another hobby, so I took up archery to keep me out of trouble and off the streets. I don't get on the forum much anymore because I am still kinda bummed that I can't dive, but you, or anyone can reach me via:
polkcavediver@yahoo.com, http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm...did=121117468; or phone: 863-557-3253. I would to hear from any of you guys. Miss ya'll.

Needless to say we all miss you and your nutty sense of humor. However the archery world is richer for you leaving us. You remember the lawn statue that got stolen and showed up in photo's all over the world. Maybe we should do something like that for you with all your old dive gear. LOL
