Agreed. Brett called to tell me about this dive. Awesome dive with the new findings.

Hopefully he is able to get a camera down there with him next time.

Of course the window of opportunity is closing in with all the rain, hopefully they can get one more dive in to sure up the "deepest cave" in the country title for Weeki Wachee.

Congrats to all those involved in KUR. Jeff has been diving Twin D's for a long time and did a good thing by pursuing Weeki during this drought.

Impressive. Good work by all involved. I've done the tourist dive there a couple of times and the flow is like swimming up an open fire hose.

Do the scooters alone get the team past the entrance? I have in my head an image of divers with ice axes and crampons muscling their way in.

Cavern dive buddy... no cave dive for me there. Reading comprehension is a good skill to have.

I wish I could have gotten into the part where it finally opens up... but the flow kicked me out to many times. Maybe next drought I can get the permit, and add to Brett's line...

I don't know Joe.... 3000feet back in with a average depth of 300ft and now it's getting deep - 400ft+, How much line do you think you could put in there?
