    Default Accomplishments not being commended

I find it strange that 500 people can read about someones full cave,Nss chairman or even cavern accomplishments, and yet only 10 or 20 people bother to write in and congratulate them. When I got my full cave I wrote the play by play senario of how it all went down and got like 5 attaboys out of hundreds of readers. These accomplishments should be commended,in my opinion, but I dont expect things to change.I know theres alot of those who read but never post. But I would think the regulars would.I myself make the effort the congratulate anyone telling of an accomplishment on this forum, and I urge everyone who reads there post to do the same.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention (even though everyone already noticed it, but just didn't talk about it because that's just the way it is). :P

Is it clear? No? Well....let's go anyways.

For many of us, the accomplishments are the reward in themselves.
To publicly congratulate people I don't even know would seem odd to me. More meaningful if done by friends and perhaps privately.

and don't forget, the 10 people who replied might access that thread several times to re-read something or for whatever reason.
many boards count that as another view.
so 10 people looking at the same thread a couple times a day over a five day period might give you a 100 views.

Every time in my life when I thought that people can't be THAT stupid, I was in for a big surprise.

Hey, if I ever make it to full cave, you guys (and guyettes) send sympathy cards to my instructors. They will deserve it.
