    True scooters are not allowed at Cow, but I didn't see a scooter anywhere in that Cow video... did you?

    Default Cow scooter

    ...Plus I challenge anyone to actually use a scooter back there!!! It gets super narrow.

    Not sure why those rules were posted. For the book, I'm a CDS member, and signed all the relevant paperwork at Cathy's store.

    ... I think he mentioned scooters because one of the School Sink rules mentions a DPV card is required in order to scooter ...

    I think it was because on Andrew's page he uses the word "motored" and didn't specify "human powered motor"....

    Ah yes, South African slang! yep, i did inded use the word "motor" to mean "move fast", not to scooter. Maybe I should change the wording...

    Ah - you caught me. That was exactly what I was thinking. Glad to hear it wasn't the case.
    Didn't want to wrongly accuse anyone of anything so obviously inapproprite and - as you said there was no sign of a scooter in the vid - but maybe others might think there was and follow suit.
