Pull and glide vs ???

I don't think I need to be squeezing into Cow at this point.

The recommendation was for DOWNSTREAM Cow. There's no squeezing involved.

But yes, upstream Cow is an advanced cave dive.

Hate to tell you, but EOL in downstream cow is a "squeeze" for most divers...

To clarify, you can have a nice little dive in downstream Cow without ever going through anything tight, but to reach the cave in upstream, you must pass through two restrictions.

You're not kidding! But the rest is shallow and relaxing. There are some nice lines off to the sides for those feeling like running reels and exploring...
