NSS-CDS membership question

Acouple months ago I somehow misplaced my NSS-CDS card. Getting a new one is not a huge deal to me, i can just wait and get a new one when i renew next year, but does Cathy and other sites that require membership to dive have an up to date member list so when I wanna dive cow and others I dont have to worry about a card???

And who is in charge of getting a new card incase i'm gonna need one?

The new (and hopefully current) membership list appeared in the last issue of UWS, so my guess is that Cathy does have a copy to verify your status...
