Does anyone know of a vendor for the new Vision O2 Cell in cave country?

It seems a student has had a cell failure without a backup for his Vision rebreather.

I'm on a bit of a mercy mission. One of our customers is doing his CCR Cave in Florida, staying at Dive Outpost - (386) 776-1449, and is in need of a new O2 cell for his Vision. He ordered one within the USA but was sent the wrong type (despite specific instruction). With the weekend it will now take several days to correct this problem so i wondered if anyone has one nearby that we can buy, borrow, steal and replace when the correct one arrives...anything really.
