i am looking over the cow springs waiver, and one of the rules is to dive with an Active NSS-CDS INSTRUCTOR. is this really enforced? i have dove cow many time without this stipulation. i plan to be there next week and this is new to me. Its just going to be a team of 2, both with hundreds of full cave level dives. thanks for any input.
