Default Old lines in Super Room, Eagle's Nest

    Happy holidays ya'll!

On a recent EN trip I noticed that Super Room had quite a few old wonky lines leading to nowhere in particular. Can tell the line was old without any markings. What's the protocol for these lines? Do we just let them be? If someone wants to clean up the lines, who needs to be notified?

    Thank you!

Back in the day, before you started cave diving, Curt D. and Larry green and myself laid some line on the right hand wall. Obviously we we're looking for leads out of the Super Room. Back then we did all this with 104's and stages and no scooters. So having said that, even though the lines are no longer marked, and go nowhere, they are a piece of history. My opinion is, leave them alone.

Thank you, I suspected that there was some historic significance there.

Not a lot of point in a line to nowhere.

Nostalgia isn’t a good reason for junk in a cave.

If you think those lines are wonky, you should have seen it about 20 years ago before it was cleaned up...LOL...it was a hot mess.
