Cenotes Dos Ojos, Dreamgate, El Pit
Dove Dos Ojos on 6/13, Dreamgate & El Pit on 6/14. Great visibility. The following day (6/15) we received word that El Pit was browned out from rain and we saw for ourselves that Casa Cenote was browned out. All were awesome dives. I did notice that the line was starting to fray in Dreamgate can't say exactly where I saw that but it needs repair.

Are they OK with independent cave divers or are they guided-only these days?
About 8" of rain in 2 days. Yax Chen was not diveable. Pit likely from all the surface run off into the cenote.Originally Posted by Diverlee

I am not sure. We used a guide.
Basically tannins and silt from the massive influx of water from rain through surrounding organic matter.
