Diving Ginnie Goldline with 104s and an al80 for buddy bottle I avg 25psi/min at a pace of 68ft/min in moderate flow. This changes as flow drops /picks up. So with 95s I would burn about 27psi/min. YMMV

Save the whales...collect the whole set

In general, the current will be lower on the inside of a turn, because you are "shielded" by the cave wall. The best path is to move from one side of the tunnel to the other, staying in the lowest current. Once you get around a turn, move to the opposite wall, behind the next protective turn.
That is some awesome advice. I was fortunate enough to do my fist dives at Ginnie Springs with a guy who had a ton of dives in there, and I learned a lot by watching where he went.

    Amen !!!
I can get quite a ways on my 85's but I know distance is/was NEVER my goal...I like learning about what the cave looks like ... from the beginning to where we turn and then looking at it from the reverse side. I like to be able to recognize where I am by what I see , NOT by what the distance arrows say etc ... Don't get me wrong , I LOVE to have those distance markers for reference , fer sure !

But that's just my 1.25 cents worth...

Now Jean how can you see anything coming out the eye with your eyes closed and lights out! Yes I was the one that ran into you and your instructor this last weekend just inside th eye. Wasn't a pretty picture trying to back up and reel at the same time.

I assume your going for Apprentice or Full?
