    Default Lost reel in Ginnie

Handless Ralph Hood reel. Had a stainless steel thumb screw and a reddish-colored ball. Came off a d-ring and could be anywhere, but most likely between the scraper and eye, or perhaps somewhere on Hill 400. If you found it I would appreciate getting it back. Thanks!

How do you use a reel without hands?

I think he means handle-less. But it made me wonder, too.

I have never seen a reel with hands, have you? Yes, it was handleless, sidewinder, Larry Green, Winnie-the-Poo, or whatever is the latest preferred nomenclature. Has anyone heard from Ralph Hood recently, is he still making reels?
