    Thanks DeWayne and FW. Yes, I did weigh it withot the valve.
    Since I'm not versed in metric the below would be closely related to what in US measurements? (just the cubic ft the tank would hold). What am I doing wrong when I take cubic inches to cubic ft or liter to cubic ft I get the same answer .31829 round off.
