Thanks DeWayne and FW. Yes, I did weigh it withot the valve.
Since I'm not versed in metric the below would be closely related to what in US measurements? (just the cubic ft the tank would hold). What am I doing wrong when I take cubic inches to cubic ft or liter to cubic ft I get the same answer .31829 round off.

That sounds like a 9 liter Faber, that had a DOT approval.

Specs: 9 liter, 152 mm dia., 207 bar, 11.8 Kg.

Did you weight it without the valve?
