The YouTube algorithm rewards videos that make people happy. Dislikes would hurt that. How much I do not know.

The other limits as to what YouTube allows is pretty large. So it is hard to make a case there.
They've gotten really good. There are lots of subscribtion text-to-speech apps with lots of different voices specifically for narration, I don't know which one he used.
You can even read and upload a sample text and have the robot use your voice. It's kinda creepy. I think what gives it away is that the intonation never changes and transitions from sentence to sentence sound weird, as if they were read independently from one another. Their're uncanny though.
Everytime I hear the an auto-reader I makes me think the content of a video is garbage and footage is stolen.

For sure most of the time it is crappy.. At least it shoes the intent and motivation of the "creator"
quick money for little effort from stuff I really don't care about and I just think it will be popular on the tube and be pushed by the algorythm..
Can only be topped adding some clickbait "breaking" "astonishing" "amazing" title to the garbage..
