Wanted: Box / Packing Material for Suex XJ14 or alike

Hi

I am looking to bring my XJ14 on a plane down to MX and was hoping someone still has a box that would fit it (one could be built rather easily) and more importantly, the packing material to hold the scooter (foam around body and shroud).

It doesnt have to be exact for the Suex.

I remember seeing on another board about the issues getting a DPV thru Mexico customs. Something else to research.
