It?s been open and dive-able for the last couple of weeks and conditions are improving.
But visibility is marginal and the flow is ripping.
Prob 30-40 visibility and improves beyond Martz.

We were in Madison a few days ago and Draker's assessment is accurate. Ripping flow and 30-40 feet of vis. We did the Godzilla circuit which is mostly out of the flow, but it was a bit strenuous getting to that point.

We swam from the headspring to rotorooter on Saturday. The flow is considerably higher than normal. Viz in front of Martz is poor, but improves after Martz. Farther back, the sand banks have rearranged themselves quite a bit during the last flood. Martz is pumping cold water.
