Lost weight pouch at Blue Spring, Orange City, FL

My friend lost his weight pouch at Blue Spring today (Sunday, 13th) in Orange City, FL. He thinks it fell out around 110' in the spring, but I think it was later, in the run, down towards the swimming area and exit.
