I was at Devils' all day yesterday, arriving at 0800. Not too bad at that time. By mid-afternoon the parking was tough. People parked all the way up to the bath house. The cave was crowded also, while exiting at Hill 400 I counted 8 divers congregated around the jump. The exiting team was not yielded to at all, they just kept coming with no regard.
This will piss alot of people off, but I find the more out of state tags the less likely it is people will yield to the exiting team
